Monday morning……………………..

Hi-Ho, back to work this morning. Only 2 weeks to go in this job and then it’s time to get ready for the big move to Albuquerque. I’ve got a million ideas running around in my head about what to do work-wise when i get there. Angie is going to be raking it in with the nursing gig so i’ll be freed of the obligation to work just to pay the bills (it’s got to the point where every Monday is like Groundhog Day, same shit etc……..) .

I was fantasizing last night about being a dotcom Millionare, racking my brain to come up with some clever concept that would blow the pants off the intarweb and finally supply me with the kind of income that would make money a non-issue for the rest of my days.

As i was skimming the web scouting for ideas i came across a company called “hungrypod” whose service consists of transferring peoples’ CD collections to their ipods ! People pay for this shit ? Turns out they do, and that company had an honourable mention on some start-up business site showing an income of $100,00 last year, and thay now have a second location too ! The cynic in me (like it’s a SMALL piece of me, ha !) was incredulous and eager to dismiss all parties involved as idiots, but a small voice inside me was jealous of this success and started to wonder what other money making ways there would be to take advantage of (…i mean…..provide a “service to” ) the less than Technically literate.

Anyway………………back to work for now……………………..
